Steel Grating is made from mild steel or aluminum formed by a special mechanically press-locked process that eliminates any welding therefore avoiding any weld stress problems that may occur with other designs.
The load bearing bars can be 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm and 50mm (x 3mm/5mm thick).
They are spaced 19mm, 30mm or 40mm apart with twisted cross support bars 100mm apart depending on load bearing requirements.
1.Standard: we manufacture it from guest's necessity. For example, bearing bar pitches may be 12.5, 15 to 30, 40, 60, 80 and 90mm, of which 30 and 40mm are recommended. Cross bar pitch may be 30, 38, 50, 76 and 100mm, of which 50 and 100mm are recommended
